Over the last few weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of having some deep conversations with women in recovery who are looking not just to be healthy, but to have a passion for life, with big goals and dreams.

Most of these women have stepped into growth and massive transformation because their lifestyle was not leading them down a healthy way of living.

Some of the women choose to stay where they are because it’s all they know and fear of change is too scary.

Some choose to make changes, little by little, building their awareness and confidence as they go.

I have no judgment on any of these choices. I needed to be ready, not told that I was ready. Life will be full of experiences, and I know that we do the best we know how to do at the moment.

The fact remains, that when we choose not to make a change, we will continue to repeat our actions, over and over again. If our efforts result in pain, that too will continue.

Did you know that you could ask a HORSE to help you decide?

A HORSE knows what your heart wants; they don’t listen to our crazy minds.

Does your mind tell you:

  • I can’t do this right now
  • I don’t have enough time
  • I’m not sure it fits my schedule
  • The time isn’t right
  • The kids are home for the Summer
  • I’m going to do X, Y or Z before I feel ready for this

Trust me, I know!

There were times in my life where I played it safe as well. I made up every excuse in the book not to face the fear of changing my lifestyle. But I realized that I had to take bold action, or else I would die, or lose my family or my sanity.

Trust me, I know. It’s SCARY, and it’s the best decision I ever made.

Because I took action, I now have been able to impact hundreds of lives, indirectly or directly watch them maneuver through their lives, making changes that lead them to a more fulfilled and purposeful life.

My HORSES and I can help you figure out:

  • What’s your big vision
  • What steps to take and when
  • What are your hopes, goals, and dreams

Let my HORSES, and I lead you down the right path vs. trying to figure it out all on your own.

One easy call, text, or email will make the difference between getting support and going it all alone.

Trust the horse – Trust the process
